I'm 26, been in Dallas about 2 years. I'm originally from Florida but went to college in Pennsylvania.
I've also studied abroad in a several different countries and have traveled fairly extensively in Europe, Latin America, and the Middle East. I love learning about different cultures and speak a number of languages. I especially love backpacking and adventure travel.
I'm a fairly serious guy and I'm shy until you get to know me - after that I can become pretty loquacious. I have an intellectual bent - I love political and philosophical conversations and I love to learn. But I'm pretty well-rounded and am not a stick-in-the-mud.
My sense of humor is very random and quirky but most people seem to think I'm funny (or they just laugh along).
I like to sing, write, and attempt to paint. I tend to attend a lot of concerts and plays around town - it's my way of letting loose. I love museums. I'd rather spend time in a coffee shop than a bar or club, although I'm not averse to going out occasionally.
I also like the outdoors and the beach. I'm trying to work out more often.
I am fairly conservative acting and have old-fashioned values. I believe strongly in monogamy and don't like to rush into things. I have little tolerance for drama or BS.
Perhaps I'm a hopeless romantic, but I consider love more important than sex. I hope to find a partner with similar values.

My ideal partner would be a man of depth, character, and intelligence who has old-fashioned values, believes in love and family, is adventurous, and is passionate about life.
